LinkPage ("LinkPage", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Almesto, an individual sole operator based in Limassol, Cyprus. Contact: almesto@gmail.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Almesto regarding your use of linkpage.pro and related services (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you (a) are at least 16 years old (or 13 with verifiable parental consent where permitted by local law), (b) have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and (c) will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.
LinkPage lets you build a personalised public page ("LinkPage") at linkpage.pro/p/<slug> containing links and content you choose. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We may also impose reasonable limits (storage, requests, content size) and refuse or remove any content or account at our discretion.
You are responsible for your account credentials, all activity under your account, and keeping your contact email accurate. Notify us immediately at almesto@gmail.com of any unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or remain inactive for extended periods.
You retain ownership of the content you upload or link to ("Your Content"). You grant LinkPage a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including making your public LinkPage available to visitors. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for backups retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you participate in the LinkPage affiliate program, you earn commission on qualifying paid subscriptions referred through your unique slug, subject to attribution rules described in-app. Commissions accrue only on payments actually received and retained (net of refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and processor fees). We may adjust, suspend, or terminate the program, change commission rates, or claw back commissions tied to fraud or policy breaches.
The Service, including its software, design, "LinkPage" name and logos, and all related materials, is owned by Almesto and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
If you believe content on LinkPage infringes your copyright, send a notice to almesto@gmail.com including: (i) identification of the work, (ii) the URL of the infringing material, (iii) your contact details, (iv) a statement of good-faith belief, (v) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act, and (vi) your physical or electronic signature. We will respond to valid notices and may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.
The Service relies on third-party providers including Supabase (hosting/database), Stripe (payments and MoR), Google (OAuth), Resend (email), Lovable (hosting/platform), and Nama Support (in-app chat). We are not responsible for outages, acts, or omissions of these providers, or for any third-party websites you link to from your LinkPage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that data will be preserved or recoverable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer guarantees in the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almesto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 50.
Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Consumers in the EU and UK retain all mandatory statutory rights.
To the extent permitted by law (and excluding consumers acting outside their trade), you agree to indemnify and hold Almesto harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (i) Your Content, (ii) your use of the Service, (iii) your breach of these Terms, or (iv) your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure for us, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy. Sections 5–14, 16–19 survive termination.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Limassol, Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence and benefit from any mandatory protections of that local law. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or provider outages, cyber-attacks, natural disasters, war, or government action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
